Please read this page carefully. It forms part of your agreement with Mehras Fitness LLC.

Please read this before starting any programme with Mehras Fitness.
1. We are not a medical service
Mehras Fitness provides personal training, fitness coaching and nutritional guidance. We are not a medical practice, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Mehras Ayazi holds a PhD in Sports Physiology. That is an academic and scientific qualification in exercise science – it is not a medical licence, and it does not make him a physician, physiotherapist, dietitian or clinical nutritionist.
Nothing on this website or in any programme should be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
2. Speak to a doctor first
Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme – especially if any of the following apply to you:
- You have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or a history of cardiovascular disease
- You have diabetes, a metabolic condition, or a hormonal disorder
- You have asthma or any respiratory condition
- You have a musculoskeletal injury, joint problem, or chronic pain
- You have had surgery in the last 12 months
- You are pregnant, may be pregnant, or have given birth in the last 6 months
- You take prescription medication of any kind
- You are over 40 and have been physically inactive
- You experience chest pain, dizziness, or loss of balance during exertion
- A doctor has ever advised you to limit your physical activity
If you are unsure whether exercise is safe for you, assume it is not until a doctor tells you otherwise.
3. Exercise carries risk
Physical training involves inherent risk of injury – including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, fractures, heat illness, fainting, cardiac events and, in rare cases, death. This risk exists even when exercise is properly programmed and correctly performed.
By participating, you accept these risks voluntarily and confirm that you are participating of your own free will.
4. Stop immediately if
You must stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience: chest pain or pressure; severe shortness of breath; dizziness, faintness or confusion; irregular heartbeat; sudden or severe pain; numbness or weakness on one side; or nausea and cold sweats during exertion.
Never train through pain in the hope it will pass.
5. Your responsibility to tell us the truth
The safety of your programme depends entirely on the accuracy of what you tell us. You agree to:
- Disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations and medications
- Tell us promptly if your health changes during coaching
- Follow any restriction your doctor has given you, even where it conflicts with your programme
- Not misrepresent your fitness level or health status
If you withhold or misstate health information, we cannot be responsible for the consequences.
6. Nutrition guidance
Any nutritional guidance we provide is general fitness-related guidance for healthy adults. It is not clinical dietetics or medical nutrition therapy.
We do not design programmes for people with diagnosed eating disorders, and we do not provide advice intended to treat any medical condition. If you have a clinical nutritional need, a diagnosed eating disorder, or a condition requiring a therapeutic diet, please work with a registered dietitian or your physician.
We do not prescribe medication. Any supplement we mention is a general suggestion only – check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking anything, particularly alongside prescription medication.
7. Online coaching has limits
In online coaching we cannot physically observe you. We cannot see your form in real time, correct your technique by hand, or notice physical warning signs a coach in the room would catch.
This makes your own judgement more important. Work within your capability, prioritise technique over load, and stop when something feels wrong.
8. Results are not guaranteed
Any results, timelines or transformations shown on this website are individual outcomes and not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on genetics, starting point, consistency, sleep, stress, nutrition, medical history and adherence – most of which are outside our control.
We make no guarantee of any particular weight, body composition, strength or performance outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Mehras Fitness LLC and Mehras Ayazi accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any programme, save where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded – including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You participate at your own risk and on your own responsibility.
10. Emergencies
In a medical emergency in the UAE, call 998 for ambulance or 999 for police. Do not contact your coach instead of emergency services.
By booking a consultation, submitting an assessment or beginning any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer.
