How to reach Mehras
WhatsApp is the fastest route and the one most clients use. Telegram and email both work, and all three reach Mehras directly rather than an assistant or an agency inbox.
Mehras is contactable seven days a week, from 06:00 to 21:00 Dubai time, in English or Persian. Replies are usually immediate, and within 24 hours during busy periods. If you have not heard back in a day, the message has not arrived. Send it again on a different channel rather than assuming you have been ignored.
What to include in a first message
You do not need to prepare anything. But a first message that mentions your goal, roughly where you are in Dubai, when you can train and anything relevant about your health lets the reply be specific instead of a request for more information.
What happens next
Every new client starts with a free consultation of ten to fifteen minutes, by phone, online or in person. It covers your goals, training history, schedule, health context and what has not worked for you previously.
It is a conversation, not a sales call, and it is required before any paid session. Part of its purpose is working out whether this is the right fit. If in-person coaching in Dubai is not practical for you, or if what you need is a physiotherapist rather than a trainer, saying so is a better outcome than booking you in.
Where sessions take place
In-person training is based in Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa area, including Business Bay, and can also run at your own gym or at home. Other areas of Dubai are available by arrangement, and any travel fee is confirmed before booking.
Online coaching is available anywhere in the world, run from Dubai time (GST, UTC+4).
