What a session actually involves

Every session runs sixty minutes and follows the same structure, whatever your goal. It opens with a warm-up chosen for the work that follows rather than a generic routine on a treadmill. The main block is the part that drives progress: the lifts, movements or conditioning your programme calls for that week, coached set by set with corrections made as you go. It closes with mobility or conditioning work, and a short note on what was done, what was loaded and how it felt.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Every session is logged, so the next one starts from evidence rather than memory. Weights, repetitions, rest periods and your own feedback accumulate into a record that shows whether the plan is working, and makes it obvious when something needs changing.

Coaching in English and Persian

Sessions are coached in English or Persian. Dubai has a large Iranian community and very few trainers offer coaching in Farsi, so if you would rather discuss training, technique and nutrition in your own language, that is available here.

Where training happens in Dubai

Sessions are based in Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa area, with Business Bay inside the same base area. Training can also take place in your own gym, in a residential building’s facilities, or at home if you have the equipment the programme needs.

Other areas of Dubai are available by arrangement and may carry a travel fee, confirmed before anything is booked rather than added afterwards. Where a venue charges for guest or trainer access, that cost is identified separately so you always know what you are paying for.

Who personal training suits

Private coaching makes most sense when something about your situation makes a general programme a poor fit. In practice that tends to mean one of four people.

  • Complete beginners, who benefit most from supervision precisely because the early technical habits are the ones that persist.
  • Experienced trainees who have stalled, where the issue is usually programming, recovery or execution rather than effort.
  • Busy professionals with irregular schedules, for whom a plan that assumes five fixed sessions a week will fail by the second week.
  • People returning after a break, an injury or a long absence, with appropriate medical clearance.

Combat-sports athletes are a particular case. Mehras competed internationally in kickboxing and has trained in karate, Muay Thai, boxing and taekwondo, so conditioning for striking sports is familiar ground rather than something adapted from a general template.

How progress is judged

Progress is assessed on more than one measure, because body weight alone is a poor signal over short periods. Training performance, measurements, adherence and how you feel day to day are all tracked, and the programme is adjusted when the data says it should be, not on a fixed calendar.

No timeline is promised. How quickly you progress depends on your starting point, your consistency, your sleep, your nutrition and your health history, and any coach who guarantees a figure before meeting you is guessing.

Starting

Every client begins with a free consultation of ten to fifteen minutes, in person, by call or online. It covers your goals, training history, health context, schedule and what has not worked before. It is required before any paid session, and it is as much about establishing whether this is the right fit as it is about selling anything.
